A life-long passion for vintage and interior design sparked the idea for Redesign and Restoration. We opened our doors in 2009 in a modest neighborhood brick and mortar, where we mainly sold small painted pieces, eventually incorporating custom upholstery pieces. Ten years later, R&R has expanded to include interior design and staging services, creative furniture collections, and event rentals (launching Summer 2021). Shop our custom design pieces online or by appointment in our Jefferson East location. From the beginning, R&R has been a family business.
Lisa Stewart Milton
Lisa is the owner, founder, and designer behind Redesign and Restoration. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, her pieces reflect her love for her Afro-Caribbean heritage and desire to share and celebrate her culture with others. She has included her husband Kandia and daughters, Maya, Noelle, and Leila since she began her journey.
